Representational Rights
You Have the Right to be in a Union! Don’t be Intimidated! It is your right to: Organize to negotiate with your employer your wages, hours and other terms and conditions. Join or assist a Union.  Discuss Union matters with your coworkers during breaks and other non-work hours. Take action with other coworkers to improve your workplace conditions.
Weingarten Rights
Weingarten Rights Employees are entitled to have Union representation at the time of an interview that may lead to discipline.   The Union representative helps protect the employee from intimidation.  The representative also serves as an advocate and witness to what occurs at this meeting. Management is not required to inform you of this right.
Family Medical Leave Act
Your Rights under the Family Medical Leave Act In February 1993, President Bill Clinton signed into law the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to enable workers to care for themselves or for family members without fear of job loss, harassment, or loss of benefits.
